Step 1 of 2: enter your approved email address and password. Next, we’ll ask for the code from your authenticator app.

First time here? Start with these steps
  1. Use the workspace address and email your administrator approved. Accounts from another workspace may not work here.
  2. Choose Set up or reset my password below. Open the password email and choose a password. Check spam or junk if it does not arrive.
  3. Return here and sign in. If prompted, we’ll help you add this workspace to an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
  4. Enter the current six-digit code from that app. After first-time setup, sign in once more to open your workspace.

Your authenticator code comes from the app on your phone, not from email. If you already set it up for this workspace, use that entry.

Only approved users can access this workspace. A password reset does not create an account or replace your authenticator. Lost your authenticator or need access? Request access by email.
